Chris is an Account Executive within the Corporate team, based in London Great Tower Street. He brought over 20 years’ industry experience when he joined Clear in July 2020. Although this was during the peak of the Covid pandemic, Chris was made to feel very welcome by his team. He strives to provide his clients with a prompt, first-class service. As well as looking after a book of existing clients, Chris enjoys working with new prospects. He likes meeting new people, understanding their business and producing innovative solutions for their insurance requirements.
The Corporate team has a great mix of experience and sector knowledge; driven by managers who genuinely care. Chris highlights the culture at Clear as the best thing about the company as, despite our rapid growth, we have managed to maintain our independence as an insurance business and share the feeling that each individual really matters.
Chris is a trained mental health first aider and a member of our Wellness Committee. His positive mentality compliments Clear’s values.
Helen is a Claims Handler and a key player in our Claims team, based in Alcester. She helps clients through the journey of their claim to ensure they are brought back to the position they were in pre-loss.
Helen believes the Claims sector is the most exciting part and genuinely enjoys her job at Clear. Although the role is demanding, she finds it gratifying when assisting clients who are likely in a vulnerable, upset or anxious state. Helen is motivated and fulfilled when supporting her clients through challenging times.
She joined the insurance industry 14 years ago in the Personal Lines team. She worked for Morrison Insurance Solutions before it was acquired by Clear in 2019. She has studied and sat a plethora of exams with the support of Clear, including Cert CIII and Cert CILA. Helen prioritises sharing her knowledge and skills with the wider team, to assist with problematic and significant loss claims and ensure the best claims outcomes are reached.
The Alcester Claims team hold over 100 years combined insurance knowledge and many of them have worked at Clear for much of that time. Helen benefits from a hybrid working setup so that her team can easily share knowledge, ideas and processes across the Group to enhance our services and client experience.
Helen is a mentor for our Learning and Development team and supports aspiring insurance professionals. She has also completed the mental health first-aid course.
Ben’s role at Clear is Group Head of Marketing Specialisms. He is part of the team that are responsible for making sure the world knows how good The Clear Group is.
He first joined Morrison Insurance Solutions as Sales and Marketing Support Apprentice in 2012. Morrison was acquired by Clear in 2019, in our biggest acquisition to date. Ben has since been awarded Warwickshire Apprentice of the Year, achieved his Cert CII and qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Ben recognises the mutual feeling of progression at Clear, for both the business and its people. Clear is growing rapidly and with that, brings new challenges and opportunities.
In his role, Ben works closely with new businesses that we acquire, their specialisms, people and differing skills. He is responsible for working out how best to integrate those qualities into the Group so that everyone, especially the clients, can feel the benefit.
