Deniz motivates his team whilst servicing commercial insurance portfolios, within his hybrid role as Corporate Broking Team Manager and Account Executive. He takes great pride and enjoyment in working closely with senior management, clients and insurers, whilst watching his team progress in their individual roles.
After he first joined Clear in November 2015 following the acquisition of Emson Corporate Services, Deniz progressed from an Account Handler to his current hybrid executive and management role. Deniz highlights Clear's culture as it's an exciting and vibrant place to work, offering opportunities for development; shown in him obtaining his Diploma in Insurance (DIP CII) since joining the business.
